UNESCO will conduct and international experts meeting on this theme together with the European Inter-University Centre for Human Rights and Democratization (EIUC), and in cooperation with the Amsterdam Centre for International Law and the Irish Centre for Human Rights in addition to the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights.
