The Maryland-Asia Environmental Partnership (MD-AEP) is honoring Dr. Rita Colwell, this year's winner of the Stockholm Water Prize, at their leadership event on September 22nd. Dr. Colwell is a member of the Board of Directors of Americans for UNESCO.
