UNESCO ready to create tsunami warning system in Indian Ocean

ITAR-TASS ARTICLE :

"UNESCO is ready to provide assistance to the tsunamis-hit countries in the Indian Ocean region in creating a warning system.
The system will be of the type currently in use by countries in the Pacific Ocean."
