UNESCO | Education - UNESCO's Director-General opens colloquium on research and higher education policy
"Higher education and research play a key role in the building of knowledge societies that are equitable, sustainable and inclusive, said UNESCO's Director-General Koïchiro Matsuura, yesterday. He spoke at a Colloquium on Research and Higher Education Policy, which is being held over three days at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris."
